I started out trying to use Skype to stay in touch with my brothers, and finally gave up when I realized that my conversations consisted of a never-ending stream of "Can you hear me now?", "Can you see me now?". The moronic answers I got from Skype's so-called "customer support" sealed the decision. Since ditching Skype and trying alternatives, I have been communicating with my brothers more than ever before in my life - and doing so happily, and stress-free, unlike the Skype nightmares.
