Is SkypeJournal.com unreadable in China?

I've checked with Skypers in Shanghai and elsewhere. Haven't been able to see it for a few weeks. Can you comment on your experience?

I'm in Beijing and I can't access www.skypejournal.com. But I can still read it using Google Reader.
