• Skypeness: What is Skype centric about it?

• Usability: Would we use this ourselves or could we see business/consumer users doing?

• Coolness: Does it make you go 'wow'?

• Usefulness: Does it make life simpler?

• Stability: Is it reliable and robust

• Flair or Weird: Is it different and new, does it make us scratch our heads? Does it look spectacular
